The peppers I don’t grow personally, I source from vendors at local farmers’ markets.

Heat Level — ZERO heat
This sauce has ALL the flavor of your new favorite sauce but ZERO heat. It gets all of its flavor from the peppers (Habanada and Sweet Moruga) that were selectively bred to taste like a Habanero (the habanada) and the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion (Sweet Moruga). This can be the sauce you want when you are just looking to add flavor, OR could be your kids’ new favorite sauce so they can get in on the hot sauce action just like the rest of the family!
Ingredients/Flavor:
Made with Habanada, Sweet Moruga, and Orange Bell peppers, along with Sweet Paprika, Garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Heat Level — Hot
Bhut (pronounced “Boot”) Jolokia also known as Ghost Pepper is the star in the hot star in this sauce. This was actually the first hot sauce recipe that I came up with, and it was a hit from the get-go! I use it myself on just about everything. The versatility of this sauce is pretty amazing. You get the delicious fruit up front and then the heat comes on the back end, giving the perfect balance of sweet and heat! It is pretty addicting.
Ingredients/Flavor:
Made with Red Bhut Jolokia (Ghost), Habanero, and Red and Yellow Bell peppers, along with Pineapple, and Mango to give you the fruitiness. Lastly, some Cilantro to help tie it all together.
Heat Level — Death by FIRE
The sauce does exactly what the name implies. It brings the heat! It has a really cool color to it that almost looks like flaming hot cheeto red, but it is the result of the sauce having a strawberry base. This also helps build the flavor profile to not only give you heat but also give you all the flavor while you sweat!
Ingredients/Flavor:
Made with Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Scotch Bonnet and Red Bell peppers, along with strawberries, light brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, and a little lime juice.
