This sauce features a unique pepper, mainly because I created it by manually crossing a Purple UFO Pepper and a Puma Pepper. I got the idea to try manually crossing these 2 peppers last year (summer 2024), where I isolated flowers from both plants and manually pollinated my Purple UFO flowers with the flower from my Puma plant. One of the flowers took hold and fruited. This pepper is the result from the seeds of that pepper! Now you understand the backstory behind the name of this sauce, “FrankenSauce”.
It is an interesting sweet and savory sauce that is adaptable to just about anything! One of those flavor pallets that keeps you wanting more!

Made with RS UFO x Puma and Red Bell peppers, along with Carrot, Mango, Roma Tomato, Honey, Garlic, Onion Powder, Blue Spice Basil, Salt, and Whole Peppercorn.
