Heat Level — Death by FIRE
This sauce was an experiment to see if I could make a completely white hot sauce. Mission successful!
What I didn’t expect was for the flavor to be so unique and pack such great flavor before the heat kicks in!
This sauce will leave you wanting more and have you yelling, “We’re F’ing Out!” once the last drop is gone. If you can’t tell from the label or aren’t familiar, it is a play on Kenny Powers’ nickname in a baseball comedy tv show.
Ingredients/Flavor:
Made with White Carolina Reapers and White Bell peppers, along with Parsnip, Green Grapes, Shallot, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt, and Worcestershire Sauce.
